What can I do if my card is declined and I cannot complete the checkout? First, ensure the information on your card is correct. If issues persist, please try placing your order using PayPal. You can find detailed PayPal payment instructions on our website.

How do I change or cancel my orders? To request cancellation, item exchange, or changes to your order information, contact our support team within 4 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, such requests will not be accepted as the item will have entered processing.
